This online live program is designed for leaders who are ready to move beyond AI strategy and begin building real solutions for health care.
Across four intensive class days on September 8–9 and September 15–16, you will use structured AI-native workflows and the Healthcare AI Studio to transform a real opportunity area into a validated solution concept, Product Requirements Document, functional prototype, and implementation-ready pitch.
During the program, you will:
- Identify and prioritize high-impact health care challenges
- Translate complex problems into clearly defined solution concepts
- Build and test a functional AI-enabled prototype or substantial MVP
- Evaluate feasibility, safety, governance, and implementation readiness
- Develop a structured pitch for internal stakeholders or venture funding
This course also serves as the capstone of the AI in Health Care Certificate of Specialization.
