This online program, taking place November 17-20, 2026, is designed to help you improve health outcomes in your community or practice.
To help you make a real difference at your organization, expert Harvard faculty will lead skill-based sessions to help you identify and work to change and improve policies and environments—while supporting health outcomes for all.
After you complete this dynamic leadership development program, you will:
- Understand how you fit into your organization’s staffing and know how to identify supporters, mentors, and partners who can help you transform your organization from within
- Have a deep understanding of the factors that negatively impact health outcomes
- Be empowered to facilitate crucial conversations around health outcomes that can affect change in your organization and community
This course also contributes to the Leadership in Health Care Certificate of Specialization offered by Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
